Purchasing panel frame yurt plans

Greetings y'all,

I'm looking for a source to purchase detailed plans for a panel frame yurt. I'll be using the plans in an All-In-One loan to purchase land and build a home. I'll need the plans to be able to be certified by an engineer.

I contacted Smiling Wood Yurts :: Home but haven't received a response back yet. Anyone happen to know if they make their plans available for puchase? Felt that purchasing their plans along with their roof kit *minus the rafters* would fit nicely into what I'm looking to accomplish.

I've also had a response from

Smiling Woods Yurts

. They stated that can draw up plans and have them qualified by an engineer with a North Carolina stamp to meet the specifications for my area. Which is good news since they also offer a roof kit, though I'll be inquiring to source some of the bulkier components locally.

I am looking into doing a Wooden yurt and I saw that you had been working with

. I was wondering if you did go with them, what your experience was like? What was the shipping like, were you pretty far from them? Did you just go with the plans and the roof system kit? IF you don't mind sharing how much you paid for your plans?
