Maybe. It depends on what sorts of safety factors their engineers used, the load characteristics of your particular location (wind, snow), your particular setup (extra weight of

insulation

?), even how much you weigh and where exactly in the rafter span you'd hang the chair. Also think of how you want to attach it: drill a hole, tie a prusik/friction knot around the rafter, use a special bracket, etc. In any case, if you have a manufactured yurt ask the company--they should have already considered the engineering for it and be able to give you a good accurate answer.

I agree with Hierony. Manufacturers of that hammock chair provider will be able to give you proper suggestions, because they've accurate knowledge of the engineering they've put to made such chair strong enough.

Definitely contact the yurt manufacturer, however they might not want to say "yes" due to liability. I would think if you you take a 4' long 2" X 6" board and secure it perpendicular to several joists... This will help distribute the load.
