I’m selling my 24′ Pacific Yurt. Originally purchased in 2019. Willing to drop the price to $6k if the buyer disassembles by the end of March. Additional components, including the platform ($2k) and wood stove ($1k) are available, as well as interior kitchen build out with propane range and hot water heater ($250) are available. The ideal buyer would purchase the entire unit including platform and interior components and disassemble themselves by the end of March, otherwise it will be available at the end of April. Happy to help discuss transport options although the cost of that is not included. The yurt has one door, two small windows adjacent to the door, three larger windows, and a dome skylight. Am I seeing this right, if I come disassemble before the end of march, it would only be 1,000 for the yurt?
